Terms Overview

Service Terms & Conditions
Fees paid to The Consultant Group are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the service availed of is delayed or approved, or rejected.

Visa/Document approval is at the sole discretion of the immigration officials and not of The Consultant Group. We cannot guarantee that all applications will be 100 percent approved, it is illegal to do so.

We may require additional documents based on Immigration requirements

We may ask for an additional payment should we fall short on the initial expense estimates for the processing of your selected services.

Once your document application is submitted to immigration, the paid fees are not refundable whether it is approved or rejected.

Some visas will be Electronic Visas (eVisas) however an original copy can be requested for an additional fee.

eVisa message or OK To Board can be updated at an additional fee.

If any crime takes place during the visit of the traveler processed by us they will be dealt with by the respective laws of the country which they were visiting.

In case they are imprisoned or if the immigration system shows an overstay the guarantor shall be solely responsible for the penalties and liabilities.

The Consultant Group has full authority to take necessary action against the guarantor.

The Consultant Group reserves the right to change her terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice.

If after filling out the form, sending documents, and paying for the selected service process, and the customer changes their mind before we apply for their selected service, an administrative fee is applicable before a refund is affected.

We are not liable for any delays on flights due to the length of time it takes to process documents, nor are we liable to refund your travel tickets.

The Consultant Group does not offer refunds for any service that you have availed that were paid to the relevant immigration authorities. This is because we will not be getting any refunds whatsoever.
